Review Summary:

Fresh Taste big prawn noodle: The soup is the real McCoy of the show, there were two prawns sliced in half and tasted fresh thought the size of the prawn was not as big as we expected, likewise the pork rib which was tender but not too much the meat, may be that is the size for a $5 bowl. The broth was impregnated with all the seafood sweetness from hours of simmering of the prawn shells, we have to agree the combination of the soup and the noodle truly made our day.

We have difficult to find the name of the stall, what is on the signboard only printed “Big Prawn Noodle Dry / Soup 5, 7, 8 ,10” and nothing else! No name stall ?? Gosh!  There are many foodies reviews at the stall and we figured out two names are used:

Fresh Taste big prawn noodle and Noo Cheng Adam Road Prawn Noodle Understand this is the branch from the Adam Road and we can only presumably Fresh Taste Big Prawn Noodle should be the name for the stall. Noo Cheng Adam Road Prawn Noodle rightfully for the stall at the Adam road.

Taste Fresh big prawn noodle 4 We ordered the dry version since it came with a big bowl of soup as well. The yellow noodle was a little pale in look so we topped it up with a sprinkle of red chilli power to give the extra punch besides the fried shallot. The yellow noodle was cooked to the right texture, not too soggy or too undercooked.

Taste Fresh big prawn noodle 5   The soup is the real McCoy of the show, there were two prawns sliced in half and tasted fresh thought the size of the prawn was not as big as we expected, likewise the pork rib which was tender but not too much the meat, may be that is the size for a $5 bowl. The broth was impregnated with all the seafood sweetness from hours of simmering of the prawn shells, we have to agree the combination of the soup and the noodle truly made our day.   Though we have not tried the parent stall at the Adam road, overall we are pleased with the flavourful soup and the noodle. The only regret perhaps we should up the size.

Note: The noodle was undercooked and hard at our second visit, the chef was seems rushing to whip out the noodle to clear the queue but sadly at the expense of the quality.
