I have no special attachment to any of the ramen in Singapore but Ramen Dining Keisuke Tokyo somehow shaken the neutral ground, may be due to confluence of factors, it is undeniably one of the best ramen around.

“Daddy, shall we go to Suntec for the ramen? One of the best and I can’t stop dreaming about it since i had it last time!”, JiaQi exaggerated vehemently and we don’t understand why so big deal about this ramen restaurant. She had tried many ramen in Singapore and the craving never been so intense at all unlike this one. 

Ramen Dining Keisuke Tokyo is not new in Singapore, Mr Keisuke Takeda’s popularity grows beyond Japan and opened the first overseas outlet – Ramen Dining Keisuke Tokyo in Singapore few years ago and it has since grown rapidly to open few more outlets.

Ramen Dining Keisuke Tokyo allows you to choose and match your preference how the ramen want to be served. Eg. The taste of soup (Light, Normal or Strong), Flavoured Oil (Less oil, Normal or More), Noodle texture (Hard, Normal or Soft). Normal being the authentic Japanese taste and we believed ramen should be appreciated in the most authentic way which is our natural choice

This is Yusen’s favourite and the gyoza was nicely done with the flavoursome fillings and thin wrap. He gobbled down the dumplings in seconds and six pieces obviously not enough for him.

Spicy MISO Tonkotsu Ramen With Flavoured Egg $15.90

Ramen dining keisuke tokyo 6Jia Qi and YuSen went for their favourite – the spicy MISO Tonkotsu Ramen with their flavoured egg. JiaQi’s ecstasy about the bowl of ramen was evident; she was slurping the noodle ignoring the eating daintily and the chagrin table manner, however, this isn’t the show of acknowledging a bowl of delectable noodle in the Japanese culture? Well, we are agreeable the stock was burst with flavour, the tangy mildly spiced and savoury broth was made impeccably well, coupled with the al-dente noodle to make up a bowl of wholesome and utterly delicious ramen.

Crab stock is introduced into the base for the ramen away from the traditional Tonkotsu stock, the innovative idea has apparently well received by the patrons, a sip of stock immediately revived the rich potent of the crustaceans which was refine and comforting, the soup was inundated with piquant flavour and the noodle’s texture was appealing to the teeth and tingled some excitement with the taste buds. 

Deep Fried Prawn With Mayonnaise Sauce

The big prawns were perfectly fried to retain the juiciness and the springiness, doused with mayonnaise sauce and a great appetizer to start.
