There is no shortage of Korean barbecues in Singapore and Seorae Singapore Korean Charcoal BBQ differentiates itself from others by going for the premium. There is no free flow of meats or food and orders come in a la carte style.

All the tables are fitted with an exhaust system to provide a more comfortable dining environment, so you need not worry about the extra “perfume” after all the grilling.

Seorae uses premium USA beef and pork, with different dipping sauces like cheese, onion, Samjjang sauce or bean paste chilli sauce, Gochujang sauce or red chilli sauce.

Known as “Skirt meat”, this part of meat has the perfect combination of tenderness and juiciness, yet containing minimal amount of fat. A fully-grown pig or cow produces only 250 grams of such meat. It is so good and so rare that this meat was reserved only for the palates of monarchs and royal families in the old time in Korea. It is now available and served at Seorae.

Premium pork belly in Seorae is marinated with special spicy sauce. This was our top favorite, and the chopsticks were sinuously moving non-stop between our mouths and the plate of grilled Samgyeobsal. The tender, moist and zesty charred meat was enthralling to the taste buds, a great satisfaction if paired with a glass of soju.

No matter how full the stomach is, you should not miss this dessert. Doused with cheese sauce, the combination of cheese, cheesecake, cheese wafer with Vanilla ice cream, and shaved ice is a killer that will make you over eat.

Craving for a good place to enjoy good quality bbq beef and pork? We will not hesitate to recommend Seorae Singapore Korean Charcoal BBQ. You may need to pay more for the quality food but the heartwarming good service and gastronomical experience will always hold a place in our hearts.
